Activities
Get away from the hustle and bustle of the fairs. Students can meet representatives from the world’s leading institutions in a comfortable environment, engaging in informative conversations.
Also, we encourage prospective students to book consultation slots in advance, ensuring the meetings proceeded in an organised and hassle-free manner.
Our panel discussion sessions provide highly informative knowledge and insights to inspire prospective students.
Unlike traditional presentation, this interactive format not only allows prospective students to learn the latest trends on a specific topic but also spotlights your institution to a keen local audience.
** Panel discussion session is optional, but participating institutions are encouraged to join the session and interact with a wider range of audience.
Many students collect flyers and brochures at fairs, without having questions answered and forget about this afterwards.
Our well-experienced frontline counselors are stationed throughout the EduFest to answer prospective students’ general questions, direct them to the suitable university booth(s) and guide them to explore more institutions if needed.
For students who are in the early stage of their studies, we plan to prepare other activities, such as career coaching and English proficiency assessment, to help students clarify their goals.
Enjoy complimentary dinners on both dates with fellow institutional representatives and OxBridge staff.

Registration fee
The fee includes:
- One booth: one table, two chairs.
- One dedicated booth assistant: One student assistant is assigned to help you with translations, taking key meeting notes and scanning prospective students' QR codes. One dedicated OxBridge staff will be around to assist you.
- One panel discussion session.
- Refreshments and networking dinners on both dates.
- Social media post introducing the participating institution.
- Hard copy promotional materials on-site.
- E-newsletter to prospective students.
- Post-event report: A full attendee list and post-event report will be shared with you within 4 weeks after the event. As students give their consent to be contacted by us and you when registering for our Fest, you are welcome to add them to your mailing list.
* Note: The fee is fixed and includes all activities. If you opt out of panel or dinners, the fee remains the same.

If you plan to send brochures or other event materials, please ship them to the address below and notify us in advance. To reduce the chance of import tax (not guaranteed), we recommend using your local post office and labeling the package as “Exhibition materials, no commercial value.”

Please note that OxBridge is not responsible for customs clearance. If any taxes or duties arise, OxBridge reserves the right to either refuse acceptance of the package(s) or to invoice you for any charges paid on your behalf.
Travel
From Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) to Taipei Main Station /Central Taipei
(1) Airport MRT
- Travel Time: Around 40 minutes to Taipei Main Station.
- Ticket price: NTD 160. Get a single ticket or an EasyCard (travelcard) at the Airport MRT station.
(2) Taxi
- Travel Time: Around 45-60 minutes to central Taipei.
- Price: Approximately NTD 1,000-1,500.
From Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) to Central Taipei
If you’re flying from Japan (HND), Korea (GMP) or China (SHA, PVG, FOC, TFU, CKG, XMN), you may choose to land at Taipei Songshan Airport instead.
The easiest way to get around Taipei city is by MRT.

Past Events
Our 2024 Autumn EduFest brought together over 40 partner institutions and around 500 prospective students.
Here’s a quick snapshot of what happened in 2024:
- 500+ students, including 406 new leads
- 40% targeting 2025 entry, the rest split across 2026 and 2027
- 1,023 1:1 interviews (that’s 26 per institution, on average!)
- 14 panel sessions, all well-attended and well-received

FAQ
What’s included in the participation fee?
A: The fee covers the full 2-day event, including the followings:
If I am unable to join the panel discussion session or dinner, can I get partially refund?
A: Unfortunately no. If you opt out of panel or dinner(s), the fee remains the same.
If I register for EduFest but later find myself unable to attend, am I eligible for a refund?
A: No refund will be possible if you notify us after 30 August.
I’d love to support your EduFest, but I won’t be able to attend in person. Would it be possible for OxBridge staff to represent our university at the fair?
A: We’re happy to support our partners where possible. If you’d like OxBridge staff to represent your university at the fair, please inform us in advance as this support is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that a thorough training will be required to ensure accurate representation.
